2 — We Contact You
If we need a clearer photograph or any additional information, we’ll contact you before starting.

3 — Confirm Your Quote
We confirm the final price, optional extras, framing and delivery arrangements.

4 — Deposit / Payment
Once the order is confirmed, the agreed deposit is paid and your portrait is scheduled.

5 — Your Artwork Begins
Your original portrait is individually hand-created using the selected artistic style.

6 — Review & Final Details
Before completion, any agreed review or finishing details can be confirmed. Many custom portrait businesses include a proof/approval stage before final production; for your handmade work, you can define exactly how much review is included.

7 — Final Payment & Delivery
After completion, the remaining balance and any additional framing/international delivery costs are settled, then your artwork is packed and delivered.
